Once signed up, you can then
create new projects . Once you have created a project we will automatically notify all qualified Advocates who will start bidding on it. Negotiate prices on your own private message board. Once you select a Syndicor Advocate and he/she doesn't respond you are under no obligation to accept him/her. View the
