Project Owner may elect to lock his/her project from public viewing and has made it available for the bidding process and viewing to registered Advocates of Syndicor only.
Symbol  means that only registered Advocates of Syndicor can view this project.
Other visitors, Project Owners, Guests of Syndicor and search engines cannot view a locked project.
