Confirmed Bank Account & Full Personal/Business Identity: 
This icon indicates that Project Owner or Advocate has disclosed full details of his/her personal or business bank account, together with his/her personal or business photo ID.
In compliance with U.S. and Canadian banking legislation, Chief Finance Officer of Syndicor accepts credentials in the form of Project Owner's or Advocate's details of an existing bank account (Bank name, account number, account owner, address, phone and name of the bank officer). This information is usually supported by some documentary evidence that the Project Owner or Advocate is an actual owner of this bank account. Acceptable documentary evidence may include government-issued personal photo identification document (passport, drivers' license, citizens' card, military card or similar document), business license, certificate of good standing, tax registration or similar documents.
Member with confirmed financial status has also registered to send and receive payments through the Syndicor payment system . Any user can send and receive payment via the Syndicor Billing and Payment System, but only Advocates and Project Owners displaying this symbol have requested the Cashier of Syndicor for payment/billing verification.

It is usually a good idea to check the confirmed financial status of the other member before you send him/her any money.
